Naikoon Contracting Ltd. collectively with architect studio Kerschbaumer Layout have recently finished Midori Uchi, one particular of Canada’s greenest houses that creates much more vitality than it consumes.


The home is located in North Vancouver and has attained 3 different ranges of green certification, which includes leading of its class LEED Canada for Houses Platinum rating, R-2000 vitality efficiency certification and Created Green Canada Platinum.

Award-winning, ultra green Naikoon Contracting Ltd. is thrilled to open its reclaimed wooden doors to its most current residential undertaking, Midori Uchi. The home is among the very first in the Reduced Mainland to be entirely net-zero, meaning it produces a lot more energy than it consumes in a 12 months.
