123DV developed Villa Veth in Hattem, The Netherlands.
Task description
Among forest and meadows lies a varied landscape. Higher, dry, sandy dunes interspersed with heather, willow bushes and grasslands. An excellent setting if you like the outdoors, like the inhabitants of this villa in Hattem.
The residing region of this bungalow with woodland is orientated to the south. So lovely, that sun out on the terrace. The glass wall of the residing region towards the spacious patio is created transparent to decrease the boundary between inside and outside. From the inside of the property this provides a highest knowledge of the backyard and the rest of the surroundings. Simply because of the huge canopy and floor heating, it is also wonderful to be on the terrace on autumn days.
From the entrance side the carport of the bungalow seems to be hovering. It is a basic architectural approach with a fantastic visual effect. The home looks sleek and abstract on the outside, but has a warm and cozy interior. The furniture in the living room is all customized designed. The kitchen, storage room, fireplace, piano and audio equipment form an integral element of the wall unit.
