This beautiful pool Property was developed by +tongtong and positioned in Toronto, Canada.
The 1000 square foot pool home is created to be multifunctional, the open-area interiors can very easily transform from a pool property to a guesthouse to entertainment space to function studio and event room. To emphasize the pool house’s mid-century contemporary language, the flat roof was accentuated by bringing the roofline forward, creating a floating brow. Windows had been pushed flush to the ceiling to articulate the plane of the roof and offer you sunlight whilst providing privacy for visitors. Formerly produced of stone, the exterior cladding was relined with lighter and warmer cedar slats. The focal stage – the oval pool – was re-imagined without having changing its shape through extending the patio parallel to the flatness of the roof. (via)
